National Library of Nigeria is 50: NLA members invited for the Celebrations

The apex library in Nigeria, National Library of Nigeria (NLN) is celebrating her 50 years of existence. According to the statement from the Chairman, Planning Committee of the celebration and made available to members of the Nigerian Library Association (NLA) through the NLA-Online-Forum on Tuesday, 25th November, 2014, members are invited to the Grand Finale of the Anniversary activities scheduled to hold on Tuesday, 2nd December, 2014 at the International Conference Centre, Abuja.

The morning session of the programme will feature quiz, spelling and reading competitions. While the afternoon session is devoted to the Anniversary dinner.

Furthermore, the celebrations will move to Lagos State. You are all invited to a special programme at Public Service Department, NLN (Lagos Branch).
